Cold Aston parent and child forest school - Wednesday mornings
18 months to 5 years
Details: These child-led sessions involve lots of exploring the woods with a free flow of activities always available, such as the mud kitchen, hammock and tree swing. With craft activities and some adult-initiated activities, they are a great way for parents to meet other parents and develop a supportive community. The price includes a biscuit and hot chocolate for the children. On the last session in each block of sessions we have a fire and toast marshmallows! The sessions run during term time, all ages are welcome from babies up to pre-schoolers. The cost is £12 for the first child and £5 for younger siblings (under 18 months free if accompanying a paying sibling). You pay in advance for a block of sessions each half term.

Cosy Mummas and Pappas Thrive Tribe Oxstalls Campus Gloucester
Adults with babies under 1 year
Details: With the Cosy Mummas Thrive Tribe our aim is to provide a welcoming, nurturing environment where we focus on seasonal themes, building appreciation and connection to nature through mindful nature-based activities, foraging and cooking on a campfire. Supporting parents’ mental health and wellbeing from their 3rd trimester up to the end of the baby’s first year. Small group sizes up to 10 participants, keep the groups small enough to encourage building community and support networks. The cost is £10 per session, If this is not possible in your present circumstances please contact us direct. We are able to subsidise the sessions with private funding we have secured from local supporters.

Summer holiday forest school - Tuesday 28 July - 10am until 2pm
4 years and over
Details: A wholesome day packed with lots of play, outdoor nature crafts, tool use, playing games, cooking on the fire and much, much more! The children have a range of activities to choose from and plenty of time for free play in an exciting, open-ended environment. Sessions are for school aged children and parents do not stay. The cost is £27 per child. The session will run from 10am to 2pm at our forest school site in Cold Aston - Cold Aston is a small village between Cheltenham and Bourton-on-the-water.
